My first assignment of the new semester was dessert. This shot was apparently "too clean" for Chuck; everything was too evenly spaced(which you would expect at a nice restaurant). I'll be redoing this shot though. We had to use digital backs and all I had available to use was the Phase One back on the Hasselblad so I couldn't get close enough to show off the cheesecake and I had too much depth of field for my taste. This should be redone within a couple weeks depending on our joint project.

i really like the red cloth, it makes the cake pop. i kind of wish the wine was standing out a little more, but it would probably be too much. i'm a bio, what do i know? looks amazing, i really like the leading lines
money.
Good effort, lol! I like this shot no matter what was said. You did a good job on the time and place and the dessert looks so good!
I love your choice in color. Its very seductive, good advertising!
Good set-up. Color is very beautiful. Everything is spread out awkwardly, but I kind of like it. Nice work.
